Download doesn't start

Tried to download this vst but somehow it doesn't started so I reload the page and now it say I can't download because "Vous n'avez pas la permission de télécharger. (Quota dépassé et/ou vous n'êtes pas approuvé)". As lv1 user I see I can download just once a day. So, what now? I have to wait 24h even if it wasn't my fault?

Update problem. Now that I am level 2 I should be able to download 2 time a day, right? instead after the first download it tell me the same thing: "Vous n'avez pas la permission de télécharger. (Quota dépassé et/ou vous n'êtes pas approuvé)". Why?

You must wait 24h before your download, if you download a file at 3:45 Pm, you must wait 3:45 the next day for download again. I think you use your 2 download, comeback tommorow for see if you always have this message. ; )

Waited, tested again, still can download just 1 thing every 24h.
